Camp Lanowa is located just an hour outside of New York City in Harriman State Park—home to 31 lakes and reservoirs, scenic campgrounds, beaches, and an abundance of wildlife—offering the perfect setting for young explorers to unplug, make new friends, and create lifelong memories.

Designed for campers ages 7-12, each of our three summer camp sessions offers a safe, fun-filled week packed with exciting activities. Whether it’s splashing in a mountain lake, paddling a boat across the water, hiking through trails, or roasting marshmallows, every day is a new adventure! Campers also enjoy dance, theater, sports, and team games, keeping them active, engaged, and learning in the great outdoors.

Since 1989, HFH Summer Camps have welcomed nearly 19,000 children into our camp community. Our experienced counselors are trained in safety procedures and conflict resolution, ensuring a supportive and positive experience for every camper. Plus, with CPR- and First Aid-certified lifeguards overseeing all swimming activities, parents can rest assured their children are in good hands.

Families residing at HFH family residences are invited to register their kids, ages 7-12, for an unforgettable summer at Camp Lanowa!
